Description:

The rear section of SPI/AOI or other testing equipment in the SMT production line has functions such as automatic NG/OK storage, first-in-first-out, first-in-last-out, and last-in-first-out.

Performance features:

1) The back end of SPI/AOI or other testing equipment in the SMT production line has NG board re-inspection functions, OK transmission functions and remote re-judgment functions.

2) The frame structure is made of sheet metal welding and the surface is spray-painted. Tracks can be added as needed.

3) The control system adopts PLC control, and the operation interface adopts touch screen, which has stable performance and convenient operation.

4) The lifting structure adopts motor lifting setting, with a total of 15 layers (layers can be added according to customer needs). The distance between each layer is 28mm and can be set at intervals.

5) The conveying method adopts stepper motor transmission, and the connection between each layer adopts gear clutch type.

6) Equipped with standard SMEMA signal port, which can be connected online with any other device.
