Description:

It is mainly used in SMT production lines (or coating lines) to turn the mounted PCB board 180 degrees for reverse operation. It has automatic board turning function and straight running function.

Performance features:

1) The control system adopts PLC control, and the operation interface adopts touch screen, which has stable performance and convenient operation.

2) The flipping structure adopts motor flipping method, with acceleration and deceleration settings, accurate positioning and reduced jitter.

3) The conveying structure adopts the stepping motor transmission method, double-sided transmission, equipped with price deceleration function and positioning facilities, the conveying is stable and it is not easy to punch the plate.

4) The flap mode is optional: left in and right out, right in and left out or straight mode.

5) Equipped with standard SMEMA signal port, which can be connected online with any other device.
