Description:
It is used for unpowered entry and exit of steel mesh, cleaning and turnover of steel mesh, and high-capacity storage with high shelves. It operates in all directions. The equipment is equipped with industrial computer, uplink system terminal, positioning correction camera, and code scanning camera to scan the steel mesh code for shipment.
Design features:
The whole vehicle is anti-static design, synchronous belt conveyor, front and rear high-precision laser navigation and positioning, omnidirectional servo motor drive, one positioning covers multiple picking positions, front and rear double screw rods lift, the lifting platform is more stable, anti-jamming springs, anti-static rubber-coated rollers increase the friction coefficient, equipped with laser distance measurement to cooperate with camera picking positioning, scanning code to confirm picking up and feeding, and uploading to the WCS system.
