Description:

It is mainly used at the front end of the SMT production line to transfer the full frame of PCB boards to the subsequent processes one by one through the material frame. It has an automatic board loading function.

Performance features:

1) The control system adopts PLC control, the operation interface adopts touch screen, and is equipped with standard SMEMA signal port.

2) The lifting structure adopts motor lifting setting, and the effective setting steps can be: 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm.

3) The board loading method uses a cylinder to ensure that the PCB will not be pushed.

4) The frame entry method adopts bottom in and top out, which effectively shortens the frame changing time.

5) Optional reverse board feeding is available to prevent dust generated during the board feeding process from falling onto the lower PCB board.
