This model is mainly used at the front end of the SMT production line and has two loading modes: push plate and vacuum suction plate.

Performance features:

1) The control system adopts PLC control with Ethernet port, and the operation interface adopts touch screen.

2) The push plate lifting structure adopts motor lifting setting, and the effective setting step distance can be selected as; 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm.

3) The suction board part adopts vacuum suction board method, and about 100-200 PCB boards can be stacked each time.

4) The transfer structure adopts a stepper motor transfer method. The start and stop can be set with acceleration and deceleration. The transportation is stable and it is not easy to hit the plate.

5) Equipped with standard SMEMA signal port, which can be connected online with any other device.

6) The equipment is equipped with a dust cover to prevent dust from falling into the frame PCB.

7) The equipment is equipped with automatic width adjustment and one-click width adjustment function for the entire line.
