Description:

It is mainly used behind the SMT dual-track production line testing equipment (SPI/AOI/XZ). According to the NG and OK signals given by the testing equipment, the NG PCBs are cached and the OK PCBs are transported to the next process.

Performance features:

1) The control method adopts PLC control and can be switched to linear mode or NG/OK mode at will.

2) The conveying method adopts belt and roller type, which ensures stable conveying and prevents the board from falling off.

3) The cache method adopts motor lifting method, which can store 1-5 NG boards.

4) Equipped with standard SMEMA signal port, which can be connected online with any other device.

5) Rail 1 is fixed and rails 2, 3 and 4 are movable. The distance between rails 1-4 is 686mm, and the distance between rails 2-3 is 86mm.

6) The equipment is equipped with automatic width adjustment, and the width of the entire line can be adjusted with one click.
