1) The control system adopts PLC control with Ethernet port, and the operation interface adopts touch screen and is equipped with standard SMEMA signal port.

2) The lifting structure adopts motor lifting setting, and the effective setting steps can be: 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm.

3) The board loading method uses a cylinder with a push rod protection function to ensure that the PCB will not be pushed and damaged.

4) The frame entry method adopts bottom in and top out, which effectively shortens the frame changing time.

5) Optional reverse board feeding is available to prevent dust generated during the board feeding process from falling onto the lower PCB board.

6) The equipment is equipped with a dust cover to prevent dust from falling into the frame PCB.

7) The equipment is equipped with automatic width adjustment and one-click width adjustment function for the entire line.
