Description:

It is mainly used at the front end of the SMT production line to transfer the full frame of PCB boards to the subsequent processes one by one through the material frame. It has an automatic board loading function.

Performance features:

1) The control system adopts PLC control with Ethernet port, and the operation interface adopts touch screen and is equipped with standard SMEMA signal port.

2) The lifting structure adopts motor lifting setting, and the effective setting steps can be: 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm.

3) The board loading method uses a stepper motor with a push rod protection function to ensure that the PCB will not be pushed.

The frame entry and exit method adopts the same side entry and exit method, and two electrostatic frames are used alternately, which effectively shortens the frame replacement time.
